We produce

Stella’s Catering and Commissary Kitchen occupies a space of 7500 square feet and is designed to exceed the expectations of even the most seasoned chef. Every day, teams of culinary professionals prepare over 150 different items from scratch for use in all aspects of Stella’s operations. Red Seal Chefs, apprentices looking to log hours, and novices are all welcome.

We train:

You are:

  • interested in stable, consistent employment
  • passionate about all different types of food
  • able to withstand physical activity over extended periods of time
  • detail oriented
  • organized
  • coachable

You have:

  • a good “eater’s palate”
  • 2+ years of relative cooking experience
  • Food Handler’s Certificate
  • an appreciation for the value of learning
